ContingencyEstimator is available through the RiskTools online server. We have moved to an online server arrangement as:

• It can be readily accessed anywhere you are on line.
• It enables you to share data with others in your project team who may be outside your organisation (eg external consultants – with you controlling the access)
• It saves you money by eliminating any costs associated with hosting programmes in house (or through a third party provider).
• It ensures you immediately benefit from any improvements to ContingencyEstimator.



Being on-line has also enabled us to simplify our licence arrangements. The pricing structure is designed to initially encourage a project by project arrangement and then migrating to a named User licence.

The User Name for ContingencyEstimator is RTCE and the Password is 123
